I couldn’t stand the pain anymore, so I went to Riteaid and bought the 3M “FUTURO Sport Custom Dial Adjustable Tennis Elbow Strap” for about $30, online only $18 by the way, but it just that I need to relief the pain quick and it’s the only way, otherwise I will not be able to work around the house, as I will only have one good left arm to work with.
First try, putting it on appears easy, I feel the relief right away, but after a while I feel some pressure cutting blood circulation so I loosen the strap a bit. Still learning on proper way of using it since there isn’t much instruction.
